    There are 6 articles published in this issue.The first article is concerned about clinical education that nursing students need to improve confidence on clinical performance. Science Direct, EBSCOhost, and Pubmed databases were used to identify evidence based research related to students` confidence and teaching strategies. The second article discussed about the problem of e-readiness as the main challenge that influences teachers to become good facilitators for online learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how elementary school teachers in West Sumatra try to incorporate e-learning into their classrooms and what factors influence their motivation. The third article studied about the teachers` strategies in developing speaking skills of the students and the reasons why students find it difficult to learn speaking. From this study, researcher found that that the strategies used by teachers in teaching speaking were role-play, group discussion and doing creative task.

    Furthermore, the fourth article intended to examine the extent to which financial performance and market performance encourage financial stability in the long term, especially during the pandemic for 50 transportation companies in Indonesia. In addition, the fifth article aimed to analyze the practice of elicitation technique in EFL classroom interaction. The result of this research revealed eight types of elicitation; elicit: inform, elicit: confirm, elicit: product, elicit: choice, elicit: repeat, elicit: process, elicit: clarify, and elicit: agree were used by English teachers. The last article related to students’ difficulties in writing the proposal such as developing the introduction of the proposal, discussing the related theories and findings, methodology and also in terms of language components: grammar, vocabulary, and organization of ideas in paragraphs. The purpose of this research was to know the fourth year students` problems in writing proposal. After all, hopefully these findings are useful as a reference for further studies.
