Pendampingan Implementasi Sistem Ujian Online Berbasis Web untuk Efisiensi Evaluasi Pembelajaran

Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan komponen penting dalam menjamin mutu proses pendidikan, namun pada mitra kegiatan masih ditemukan pengelolaan ujian secara manual. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan persiapan ujian membutuhkan waktu lama, pekerjaan administrasi berulang, risiko kesalahan koreksi, dan dokumentasi hasil belajar yang belum terpusat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan sistem ujian online berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, ketertiban, dan kerapian pengelolaan evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, uji fungsi, pelatihan pengguna, pendampingan implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Node.js, Express.js, SQLite, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Fitur utama yang disediakan meliputi pengelolaan akun peserta, bank soal, mata kuliah, bab materi, jenis ujian, token akses, pelaksanaan ujian, penyimpanan jawaban otomatis, pengolahan hasil, serta rekapitulasi nilai akhir. Evaluasi terhadap 100 responden mahasiswa menghasilkan rata-rata kepuasan 4,27 dengan indeks 85,40% dan berada pada kategori sangat puas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem membantu admin menyiapkan ujian secara lebih terstruktur, mengendalikan akses peserta melalui token, mempercepat koreksi dan rekapitulasi nilai, serta menyimpan data ujian dalam satu platform terpusat. Pelatihan dan pendampingan juga meningkatkan kesiapan mitra untuk menggunakan sistem secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, sistem ujian online berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi praktis untuk mendukung transformasi digital evaluasi pembelajaran.
