Abstrak

Program Active School Movement (ASM) di SMPN 177 Jakarta bertujuan meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa melalui aktivitas sepakbola. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 siswa kelas VIII dengan pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif yang mencakup tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan. Selama empat minggu, siswa mengikuti latihan dua kali per minggu meliputi teknik dasar, permainan kecil, dan tes kebugaran jasmani (TKJI). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada daya tahan jantung-paru sebesar 15,4%, kekuatan otot tungkai 12,8%, kelincahan 10,5%, dan koordinasi 13,7%. Sebagian besar siswa (93%) menyatakan kegiatan ini meningkatkan motivasi berolahraga, sedangkan 90% guru PJOK menilai program efektif mendukung pembelajaran aktif. Implementasi ASM melalui sepakbola terbukti efektif menumbuhkan kebiasaan aktif, meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani, serta memperkuat karakter sportif siswa SMP.
