Chronic kidney disease is characterized by a decline in glomerular filtration function, leading to sodium and water retention, which increases extracellular fluid volume and causes edema, including anasarca, peripheral edema, pulmonary edema, and periorbital edema. To Implementing nursing care for Mrs. M with Chronic Kidney Disease through the application of Ankle pump exercise combined with 30-degree leg elevation. A case study using the nursing care process, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation with pre- and post-intervention evaluation. The instruments used were standard operating procedures (SOP), edema grading observation sheet, fluid balance observation sheet, foot support/pillow, stopwatch, and goniometer. There were differences in edema grade, pitting depth, and rebound time before and after the intervention. The application of ankle pump exercise combined with 30-degree leg elevation, along with diuretic administration, had an effect on reducing pitting edema, as evidenced by the decrease in edema grade after the intervention
