<p><em>This research aims to determine the effect of Company Value from the perspective of Company Growth on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The sample used in this study consists of 10 samples from a population of 19 companies in the Automotive sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. The method used in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination test (R<sup>2</sup>), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that partially, Company Growth does not have a significant effect on Company Value, with a significance value of 0.335 > 0.05. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test using the F test, it is known that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable, meaning that Company Growth collectively has a significant effect on Company Value. In this study, the variable Company Growth can only explain 80.7% of the Company Value according to the results of the coefficient of determination test (R²), indicating a low proximity between the dependent and independent variables. <p><em>In this study to understand and evaluate the extent to which the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the study through a simple Resresi Analysis test, it can be seen that product quality has a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Calculations through the t test state that there is an influence on consumer satisfaction on the Mas Agus minced meatball product in Padang Pariaman. It is recommended to continue to maintain the quality of the Mas Agus minced meatball product in Padang Pariaman which is already good, by continuing to prioritize product quality to achieve maximum customer satisfaction as expected.</em></p>Agus NurofikTri Irfa IndrayaniNini

<p><em>This study aims to determine live streaming, flash sale and free shipping promo on impulsive buying behavior. This study uses a causal associative research type with a quantitative approach and a probability sampling method with the Stratified Sampling technique on 89 respondents who use the TikTok shop application. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS. The test results show that (1) Live Streaming does not have a significant effect on Impulsive Buying Behavior in TikTok shop application (2) Flash Sale has a significant effect on Impulsive Buying Behavior in TikTok shop application users (3) Free Shipping Promo has a significant effect on Buying Behavior. This finding indicates that students need to improve their awareness and financial management skills in dealing with impulsive offers, while for companies, it is important to optimize marketing strategies such as flash sales and free shipping promos, as well as develop more interesting live streaming content to attract students' attention.</em></p>Sissy Jania PutriDorris YadewaniSari Rahayu

<p><em>The development of digital technology has driven the growth of online-based culinary businesses, including in the city of Pekanbaru. One of the players in this field is O Dimsum Pekanbaru, which utilizes social media to market its products without having a physical outlet. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction levels toward O Dimsum’s products and services, as well as identify the factors that influence them. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with customers who have made purchases more than twice. The results show that, in general, customers are satisfied with the taste of the products, consistency of quality, reasonable pricing, as well as the speed and friendliness of the admin service during the ordering process. The hygienic and attractive packaging, along with effective promotion through Instagram, also contributes to strengthening customer satisfaction. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of student activity in organizations and learning discipline both partially and simultaneously on the learning achievement of STIA BNM Pariaman students. This study is an associative study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students majoring in State Administration Science at the Bina Nusantara Mandiri Pariaman College of Administrative Sciences, class of 2022 and 2023. Sampling in this study used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total of 54 respondents. Data collection techniques used online questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of student activity in organizations on student learning achievement. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on student learning achievement. (3) There is a significant effect of student activity in organizations and learning discipline simultaneously on the learning achievement of students majoring in State Administration Science at the Bina Nusantara Mandiri Pariaman College of Administrative Sciences.</em></p>Reni Wijaya

<p><em>With the increasing trend of contemporary drinks in various age groups, especially young people, it shows the great business opportunities in this business. However, several factors such as price and location variables must be considered for the sustainability of the business in this field. This study aims to determine the effect of price and location on consumer purchasing decisions on Teh Nora beverage products located in Sicincin, West Sumatra Province. In this study, the researcher chose a quantitative method. The population used was Teh Nora consumers with a sample of 40 people determined based on the purposive sampling technique. The data used came from primary data collected through questionnaires. And for data analysis, this study used multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 30.0. The results of the study showed that price (X1) with a sig. <0.001 partially (alone) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), as well as location (X2) with a sig. <0.001 also partially (alone) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). While simultaneously both price (X1) and location (X2) also had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a sig. <0.001.</em></p>NiniAgus Nurofik

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming features and promotional activities on purchase intention on the TikTok Shop platform. The background of this research stems from the rising trend of using social media as a means of online shopping, particularly among university students who are highly connected to digital technology. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who actively use TikTok Shop. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression to examine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that the live streaming feature significantly influences students’ purchase intentions. The direct interaction enabled by live streaming enhances trust, engagement, and perceived value of the products. The study concludes that live streaming and promotional strategies are effective in increasing purchase intention among university students.
