Evaluasi Kontras Warna pada Smart LMS Berdasarkan Standar WCAG

Abstrak

Aksesibilitas visual platform Learning Management System (LMS) sangat krusial bagi keberhasilan transfer pengetahuan digital. Smart LMS merupakan platform edukasi lokal di Teknik Informatika UIN Malang yang belum pernah dievaluasi aspek kontras warnanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengaudit kepatuhan kontras warna Smart LMS berdasarkan standar WCAG 2.2 (SC 1.4.1, SC 1.4.3, SC 1.4.11). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pengujian teknis murni (desk-based evaluation). Data kode warna Hexadecimal (#HEX) diekstraksi dari 24 elemen visual di 6 halaman utama menggunakan Accessibility Inspector peramban. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan global mencapai 70,84% (41,67% Level AAA dan 29,17% Level AA), sedangkan 29,16% elemen dinyatakan gagal (Fail). Secara kualitatif, halaman dengan skema dark mode murni berkinerja sempurna (kegagalan 0%). Namun, halaman detail tugas menjadi area paling kritis dengan tingkat kegagalan 80% akibat degradasi kontras informasi tenggat waktu hingga rasio 2.35:1 yang dipicu oleh kesalahan implementasi opasitas CSS. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa estetika modern sering kali mengabaikan batas keterbacaan pengguna low vision. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan skema warna bagi pengembang untuk menciptakan antarmuka platform yang lebih inklusif.
